naturalistically carved in the form of a curled lotus leaf borne on a bundle of curved stems issuing further lotus pod, flower bud, leaves and arrowheads around the side, the stone of a pale celadon tone suffused with darker brown inclusions near the base; 15cm., 5 7/8 in. Estimation 40,000 -- 60,000 GBP
