Suspending an extraordinary natural grey drop-shaped pearl, the elegant sautoir composed of 12 princess-cut diamonds weighing 6.66 carats, 455 round brilliant diamonds weighing 5.79 carats accented by 10 natural pearls, joined in the center by a lozenge-shaped diamond of 1.18 carats  and a trapeze-cut Fancy Deep Orange Yellow diamond of 3.76 carats , design by Olivier Reza.
