of compressed globular form, the possibly matched cover glazed a reddish and greyish-pink crushed fruit tone, the base similarly glazed, the footrim with a nicely finished groove around the outer edge, inscribed on the underside with a six-character mark in underglaze blue. Quantité: 2 – 7.4cm., 2 7/8 in.
Provenance: Lee Family Collection, formed in Shanghai in the 1920s.
