Thinly potted, its deep rounded walls supported on a short foot ring, rising to the slightly flared rim, the interior freely carved with a single undulating lotus spray, the exterior carved with dual layers of vertical lotus petals, covered overall with a crackled ivory-toned glaze except on the rim and foot pad. 7 1/4in (18.4cm) diameter. Sold for US$ 1,500 (€1,096)
