The vase decorated with three circular medallions enamelled in the famille verte palette and variously containing a phoenix in flight above tree peony, a peacock flying above blossoming chrysanthemum branches and a duck swimming beside lotus, the medallion separated by smaller fan-shaped and loved square cartouches containing other birds and flowers, all reserved against a powder-blue-ground gilded with a fish, a crab and a lobster. Overall 46.5cm (18¼in) high (2). Estimate £8,000 - 10,000 (€9,600 - 12,000). Unsold.
