Each vase delicately enamelled in three medallions around the body containing birds and flowers including a duck beside lotus flowers and leaves, a phoenix curving in flight towards a branch of tree peony and a peacock flying above chrysanthemums, all reserved against a powder-blue-ground with three lobed square cartouches and three fan-shaped cartouches also containing birds and flowers, the blue enamel gilded with a lobster, a fish and a crab amongst waterweed. Overall 45.5cm (18in) high (4). Estimate £10,000 - 15,000 (€12,000 - 18,000). Unsold.
