Thickly potted and painted in underglaze blue at the foot with a band containing four horses galloping over waves and at the neck with a dense floral scroll, the central band decorated in iron-red, green, turquoise and ochre enamels with four lobed cartouches each containing a Buddhist lion playing with flowing ribbons. 19cm (7½in) high. Estimate £5,000 - 8,000 (€6,000 - 9,700). Unsold.
