the deep rounded body raised on three tall, hollow, cylindrical legs,carved around the exterior with stylized floral scrolls below a band of triangular patterns, the everted rim set with two upright rope-twist loop handles, covered overall in a rich sea-green glaze. 

Provenance: Japanese private collection, by repute.
