delicately painted on the exterior with three stylized lotus sprays alternating with floral arabesques and leaves, the interior with a single stylized floral spray within double circles, six-character mark in underglaze blue.

Note: The mark on this bowl is quite unusual, though a similar mark can be found on a Yongzheng mark and period blue and white bowl with bats and clouds illustrated in Treasures in the Royalty: The Official Kiln Porcelain of the Chinese Qing Dynasty, Shanghai, 2003, p. 164.
