of tapering ovoid form, the exterior delicately painted with two stylized phoenix with their wings outstretched, flying among scrolling foliage between double line borders around the rim and foot, the associated cover similarly decorated with floral scrolls, six-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle (2).
