The figure is modeled seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base, with one hand resting on one knee and the other held in shuni mudra. Dressed in long flowing robes and a loose shawl, he wears a beaded necklace centered by a wan symbol on his chest. The face has a serene expression below the tight curls of hair surrounding the usnisha. An illegible seal is impressed on the back. The figure is covered all over in a glaze of creamy ivory tone. 14 in. (35.6 cm.) high. Estimate $10,000 – $15,000
