the compressed globular body divided into lobes, rising from three feet to a waisted neck with everted rim, flanked by a pair of rope-twist handles, the exterior freely carved with undulating floral scrolls below a keyfret band, covered overall in a sea-green glaze, pierced silver cover and Japanese wood box.
