the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, finely enamelled to the exterior with a butterfly hovering above fruiting balsam pears and bamboo, the bamboo stalks and pomegranate vine climbing over the rim into the interior, the base with seal mark in underglaze-blue.
