The oval sapphire weighing 121.00 carats. Estimation 1,200,000 — 1,600,000 CHF
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 71718 and Gübelin report no. 13110059, each stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. The SSEF report is included in a hardbound document with an appendix letter. The Gübelin report includes an appendix letter and information sheet.
"The natural sapphire of 121.00 ct described in the above mentioned Gübelin Gem Lab Report possesses a richly saturated and homogeneous colour, combined with a high degree of transparency, and a finely proportioned cut. In addition, this remarkable gemstone has been spared of thermal treatment. Such a combination of characteristics is rare in natural Burmese sapphires of this size," Gübelin appendix letter, 13 November 2013.
