The large bowl is potted with deep rounded sides rising to a flaring mouth rim and supported on a short tapering foot. The exterior is finely incised with a pair of dragons chasing flaming pearls, above a band of overlapping petals encircling the foot. The centre of the interior is decorated with a further dragon. The bowl is covered overall in a soft yellow glaze. 7 in. (18 cm.) diam. Estimate £8,000 – £12,000 ($13,504 - $20,256)
