Suspending a pear-shaped fancy intense purple-pink diamond weighing 4.01 carats and a fancy intense purplish-pink diamond weighing 3.72 carats, surmounted by an inverted heart-shaped fancy purplish pink and fancy intense pink diamond weighing 0.63 and 0.55 carat respectively, to a step-cut diamond background altogether weighing approximately 5.05 carats, mounted in 18 karat white and pink gold.

Accompanied by two GIA reports numbered 5121253711 and 15318249, dated 10 July and 24 May 2010 respectively, stating that the 4.01 and 3.72 carat diamonds are natural, Fancy Intense Purple-Pink and Fancy Intense Purplish-Pink colour, VS1 and VS2 clarity respectively; also accompanied by diamond type classification reports stating that the 4.01 carat diamond is determined to be a Type IIa diamond. Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency.
Further accompanied by two GIA reports numbered 2155355240 and 1152355261, dated 22 and 15 April 2013 respectively, stating that the 0.63 and 0.55 carat diamonds are natural, Fancy Purplish Pink and Fancy Intense Pink colour, the 0.55 carat diamond is of I1 clarity.
