each intricately woven with seven large characters in kaishu, one with an additional inscription reading yuzhi shiju ('Imperial poem'), the other with an additional inscription reading chen ji lun gongji jingshu ('Respectfully written by the official Ji Lun'), all mounted within a brocade border and enclosed in a frame.
Provenance: Purchased in an antiques fair in Japan, mid 1990s.
