the porcelain panel of rectangular form delicately painted in subtle pastel shades with a wondrous idyllic riverscape spanned by a long veranda attached to a courtyard and several pavilions, finely depicted with figures walking along the verandas and gathering in the pavilions, the calm waters surrounded by naturalistically rendered towering and overhanging trees and mountainous cliffs, the lower right corner with two red seal marks reading qian and long respectively, wood frame; with frame 45.2 cm., 17 3/4 in.
