Each suspending a drop-shaped natural pearl, measuring approximately 10.7-10.2 x 20.3 mm and 11.1-10.1 x 19.6 mm, from an openwork pavé-set diamond and circular-cut diamond collet plaque, centering upon a cabochon moonstone, to the button-shaped natural pearl top, mounted in gold, 6.0 cm 

Accompanied by report no. 79281 dated 23 March 2015 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the four pearls are natural saltwater pearls
