Set with pear-shaped sapphires and a synthetic sapphire, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 370mm, signed Bulgari.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79577, stating that sixty sapphires are of Ceylon and Malagasy origins, with no indications of heating, and that one sapphire is synthetic.
