The water dropper is painted to the exterior with several butterflies amongst leaves and is applied to one side with a stem forming the handle, and curling around the base to form the circular foot. 3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) wide
Provenance: With S.Marchant & Son, London, exhibited in Ming Porcelain for Japan, 2008, no.22.
