Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire, weighing approximately 12.90 carats, to the triangular-cut diamond shoulders, mounted in platinum and gold, ring size 7¾. Signed Bulgari 

Accompanied by report no. CS 59441 dated 21 February 2014 from the AGL American Gemological Laboratories stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating.
