Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire, weighing approximately 43.25 carats, to the trefoil pear-shaped and marquise-cut diamond surmount of foliate motif, suspended from a vari-cut diamond chain, mounted in platinum, 42.2 cm. Necklace signed Tiffany 

Accompanied by report no. 15030106 dated 17 March 2015 from the Gübelin GemLab stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating, and an Information Sheet on 'Unheated Sapphires'
