The vase is painted to the body in vibrant tones of cobalt blue with peaches, pomegranates and persimmons growing from leafy stems above lingzhi sprigs, alternating with their corresponding flowers. The bulbous garlic mouth is painted with an intricate band of floral blooms growing from scrolling leafy stems. 11 ½ in. (29.2 cm.) high

Collection of a Spanish diplomat, who was based in Shanghai in the 1940s.
