Centring on a highly translucent icy jadeite Guanyin, suffused with a bright emerald green patch on the forehead, surmounted by a pear-shaped jadeite cabochon of emerald green colour, to a stylised mount set with circular-cut sapphires and variously-shaped diamonds, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 4.00 and 1.95 carats respectively, accompanied by an adjustable black cord terminated by a pair of gold miniature hands, mounted in 18 karat white, pink and blackened gold.

Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory report numbered KJ89586, dated 17 March 2015, stating that the jadeite is natural, known in the trade as 'A Jade'.
