 the vase of archaistic baluster form set with lug handle, the washer modelled with a ten-pointed star-shaped rim, both applied with an even pale greyish-blue glaze suffused with a network of dark grey and russet crackles, save for the footring left unglazed and dressed in a brown wash in imitation of the Song dynasty ware; 15.7 and 13.2 cm., 6 1/8  and 5 1/8  in.
