of globular melon-form with octalobed body raised on a short conforming foot, set with a curved spout opposite a loop handle, the fitted cover surmounted by a flori-form finial, applied overall with a blue-tinged glaze stopping just short of the foot revealing the light yellowish biscuit (2). Height 7 3/4 in., 19.7 cm
