the shallow rounded sides rising from a tapered foot to a gently flaring rim, covered overall in a rich red glaze thinning to white at the rim and stopping neatly at the foot revealing the buff-coloured body, the white base inscribed with a six-character reign mark within a double-circle - 20.9cm., 8¼in.
Provenance: A Swiss Private Collection, since 1970s.
