Set with three baroque-shaped natural pearls and old-cut diamond surmounts, each suspended within a carved ivy mottled surround, to the horn comb, 1904-1906, 9.8 cm, in brown leather Lalique case. Signed Lalique
Accompanied by report no. 81705 dated 1 September 2015 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the pearls are natural saltwater pearls.
