Bust of King William III, attributed to the Metaale Pot, Delft, ca. 1695 - ca. 1700, inscription on the pedestal, painted "mirror monogram WR (William Rex), faience, h 41,5cm 24cm × W × D 9cm. BK-NM-12400-93. Donation of the heirs of Mr JF Loudon, The Hague, 1916. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam.
After the Metaale Pot had to put a French-modeler, the plant became the first in the Netherlands to make in larger sculptural forms in pottery. The influence of the modeller can be seen, inter alia, in the manner in which the drapes around the shoulders are shown.
