Vase with flowers in white on a brown glaze, Wanli period, c. 1575 - c. 1600, porcelain, h 27.3cm × d 5cm. AK-NM-12363. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Vase on foot ring with a pear-shaped body and a garlic -shaped neck with raised lip. Entirely covered with a monochrome brown colored glaze and painted with white enamel air crackled. Both the front and back of the vase is decorated with a basket of flowers.

Wine jug in the form of a lobster, Wanli period, c. 1550 - c. 1600, porcelain, h 19cm × w 7.5cm × l 5.2cm. AK-RAK-1973-1. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Wine jug on unglazed bottom. The can has the shape of a lotus having thereon a lobster  situated in a base of waves with carps in relief. The eyes of the lobster are movable. Dish with flower branches in blue on a yellow ground, Zhengde mark and period (1506 – 1521), porcelain, h 5cm × d 29.5cm. AK-NM-6664. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Dish on foot ring. Fully equipped with an overglaze enamel in the color yellow, the recessed decoration in underglaze blue. In the center a large branch with leaves and flowers, the border is painted with four different fruits branches. On the back of the rim four lotus flowers and tendrils. At the bottom the six character mark Zhengde in a double circle.

Hammarby 15 kilometres in the countryside outside Uppsala was the summerhouse of the famous Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus (1707-78) (he changed his name to von Linné after he was ennobled in 1757). He and his wife Sara bought the property in 1758 and they had a new house built here which was finished in 1762. The house is remarkably well preserved and open as a museum in the summer. The bottle is shaped like a double gourd and is decorated in underglaze blue. The body is painted with a garden scene with Shoulao and the Eight Immortals and their servants. The vase verbeedt themselves to the shoulders, the neck spreading ends in a raised lip. Brushrest, Wanli mark and period, c. 1575 - c. 1600, blue and white porcelain, h 10cm × w 16.5cm. AK-RBK-1955-7. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Brushrest with semi- elliptical wall in the form of five peaks that rise from the sea with rocks. The mountain peaks are formed by five five-clawed dragons with multiple small holes. Painted in underglaze blue. At the bottom the six-character mark Wanli in a double rectangle.

Kendi in the form of a dragon, Wanli period, c. 1575 - c. 1600, blue and white porcelain, h 22.4cm × d 5.6cm × w 14.2cm × l 9.8cm. AK-RAK-1981-1. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Unglazed bottom with some sand oven on low foot ring. Flattened kendi in the shape of a dragon with spread wings, emerging from the waves on rice and partially covered with a lotus leaf.
