Each centring on a circular-cut ruby weighing 3.51 and 3.25 carats respectively, surrounded by tiers of brilliant-cut diamonds altogether weighing approximately 6.00 carats, signed and numbered 1125 and 1126. Estimate 1,800,000 — 2,500,000 HKD. Lot 1453 sold 2,900,000 HKD
Accompanied by Gübelin reports numbered 1001567 and 1001568, stating that the 3.51 and 3.25 carat rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating; Rubies which have not been heated are scarce; also accompanied by a signed box.
