Of open work geometric design set with cushion-shaped and calibré-cut sapphires and circular-cut and baguette diamonds, length approximately 185mm, two sapphires deficient, fitted case. 

Accompanied by The Gem and Pearl Laboratory report no. 11808, stating that the sapphires are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heat treatment.
