of circular section, the straight sides rising from a convex base, the cover slightly domed and incised with a groove encircling the rim, covered overall with a soft olive-green glaze suffused with fine crackle, the rims unglazed, with four spur marks to the base (2). Diameter 3 5/8 in., 9.2 cm
