Of high shouldered flattened form with a deeply waisted neck painted in key-fret pattern, slightly convex lip, the interior unglazed, deftly molded around the side walls with Buddhist lions cavorting with ribbon-tied balls between a formalized cloud collar and a band of upright lappets surrounding an oval foot ring, enclosing the four-character markin seal script; some of the molded details, as well as the mouth and foot rims picked out in gilt highlight. 2 1/2in (6.4cm) high
