the deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot to an everted rim, brightly painted to the exterior with two dragons in pursuit of a flaming pearl, divided by phoenix in flight, reserved on a leafy floral ground, all below the Eight Buddhist Emblems and a ruyi band at the rim, the interior with a central dragon medallion, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character seal mark. Diameter 6 1/8 in., 15.7 cm
