The body with six relief carved Holy Bishops, each named in an oval cartouche underneath their feet, silver mounts to top and stand, marked at the bottom, crown-shaped cover set with gemstones and a medaillon depicting Johann II of Palatine-Zweibrücken Duke of Bavaria (1548 - 1635), the movable handle also set with ivory appliques and gemstones. Natural cracks to ivory, minor damages due to age. H. 30 cm
