the ovoid body resting on a countersunk base, potted on one side with a spout and a loop handle on the other, the body carved with large floral blooms with long undulating petals, the rim bordered with a band of petal lappets, the cover similarly decorated with a horizontal tubular lug as a finial; height 11 cm, 4 3/8in.
