the slightly conical sides rising from a straight foot to a flared rim, applied with an opaque russet-brown glaze, the streaks on the interior thinning to reveal a lustrous black glaze beneath, the glaze stopping short above the foot revealing a buff-coloured ware; 10.8 cm, 4 1/4 in.
