The pear-shaped vases are elegantly painted with flowering branches of peony, chrysanthemum, hawthorn, bamboo and lotus. The French ormolu mounts are dated to the first quarter of the 19th century. 18 ½ in. (47 cm.) high overall.
Provenance: Property of a French private collector.
