the finely carved cup with deep rounded sides rising from a short footring to a slightly flared rim, the stand supported on four bracket feet with a barbed petal-shaped rim encircling the raised central support, the translucent stone of very pale celadon-white tone; cup 8.3 cm., 3 1/4 in., stand 13.4 cm., 5 1/4 in.
