Important Gem-set parure, Schlumberger, 1972. Sold 577,000 CHF at Sotheby's Geneva, 14 Nov 2007, lot 373.
Comprising: a necklace designed as a fringe of stylised foliate elements set with brilliant-cut diamonds, interspersed with cabochon turquoise and cushion-shaped rubellite drops, accompanied by a pair of earclips and a ring en suite, mounted in yellow gold and platinum, signed Schlumberger, French assay and erased maker's marks, necklace length 410mm, ring size 46.

This parure was purchased from Schlumberger in 1972 by the father of the present owner who presented it to her as an 18th birthday gift.
