each bowl with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to an everted rim, the stand worked in the form of a cup resting in the center of a circular dish with a splayed hollow foot, all applied with a lustrous black glaze, the foot rims left unglazed revealing the buff-colored stoneware body (4).
