Set with a cushion-cut ruby weighing 4.35 carats, accented by round and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately .65 carat, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered SUO451, size 5. 

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 17025019 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
