each body with deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a slightly everted rim, brightly enamelled around the exterior with two pairs of dragon and carp leaping from waves in pursuit of a flaming pearl, the interior with a flaming pearl encircled by flower sprays and Buddhist emblems at the rim, the base with an apocryphal Chenghua mark
