Each suspending a rectangular-shaped fancy yellow diamond weighing 18.12 and 18.22 carats, to the 2.01 and 2.01 carat heart-shaped diamond and brilliant-cut diamond surmount, mounted in 18K gold, approximately 2.9 cm long.
