the exterior decorated with a meandering leafy scroll bearing pairs of floral blooms including chrysanthemum, peony and camellia, all between a classic scroll at the rim and a ruyi band above the foot, the interior painted with a central medallion enclosing a lotus spray below a stylised chevron band at the rim.
