Rich marquetry of gilt copper and red tortoiseshell with 'Bérain' figures, plating of blackened wood, mounts of chiselled and gilt bronze. At the front the crest of the Medicis. Crossbow facade with three rows of drawers. Four feet with hooves in the form of foliage legs.
