Rubens, Canova and Turner lead $100 million sale week in London

Lot 66. An aubergine-glazed stand, Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (1662-1722); 24.5cm., 9 5/8 in. Estimate 80,000-120,000 GBP. Lot sold 115,250 GBP. Photo Sotheby's of rectangular form with canted corners, the flat top supported on a similarly shaped apron and raised on four animal mask cabriole legs, covered overall with a rich dark aubergine glaze.
