Potted with a cylindrical neck rising from broad rounded shoulders tapering towards the flat foot, the sides applied with two opposing loop handles, freely painted with crosshatch and sawtooth bands around the neck and large whorls and wave band encircling the shoulder, the lower body unadorned.
Provenance: Acquired Hong Kong 1980's.

The sloping upper body painted in black and dark red with sweeping spirals enclosing serrated edges, with a wave band below, the cylindrical neck painted with a dogtooth band below a band of fishnet pattern, with a pair of thin tabs projecting below the rim, and with a pair of lug handles applied at mid-body, the surface burnished.
